If you live in a hot climate (such as Florida, Texas, Arizona, or other warm-weather states), please be aware that our body butters are butter-based and may melt during transit — especially in high heat.

This is completely normal and beyond our control once the package has left our hands. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.

💡 What to Do If Your Butter Arrives Melted:

• Simply allow it to re-solidify at room temperature.

• The texture may change, but it will still be just as nourishing and effective.

• If your butter appears “half full,” don’t worry! Our butters are whipped, which creates air pockets. When melted, these pockets disappear, causing the product to settle.

• For a fun DIY fix, you can re-whip your butter to restore its fluffy texture — or even re-pipe it into a jar!

Each order includes a “Melt Warning” card as a reminder and guide.
